We are entering a time of year that invokes a sense of renewal.  As warmer temperatures start to wander in with longer daylight hours and more garden blooms, we start to focus on reenergizing.  And wherever your energy drives you this season, your credit union is here to support you!

We have many exciting projects ahead to benefit our members including:

Credit Card Program Enhancements
Expect new and improved online account management for your SECNY Credit Card this spring!   Designed to optimize your experience, the new easy-to-navigate application for accessing your credit card information provides a modern interface and can be used with any mobile device, including smartphones and tablets. Some new features include:

  • Card Activation / Request Card Replacement
  • Change PIN or Create PIN
  • Dispute a Transaction

Look for an enhanced online and credit card statement experience AND a new “SpendTrack” platform designed just for our Business Credit Cardholders!

PLUS: Upgraded card management features with our mobile app COMING SOON!

ATMs

Newly upgraded machines will be installed at all branches expected to be completed this summer!

Website Refresh

Look for an enhanced user experience coming this year to secny.org!

Contactless Debit Cards

Later this year, SECNY Debit Cardholders will be able to pay with just a tap of your card wherever contactless cards are accepted!

We are incredibly fortunate and proud to maintain a 53-year history of service excellence in Central New York.  SECNY remains committed to Service, Education, and Community.  Many of our staff will be out and about representing and providing credit union service at spring and summer events in our schools and communities. We hope to see you and welcome a visit to stop by and say hello.  We love to see our members and families!
